Quality control is implemented at every stage of production and to comply with the norms of QC, company has various instrument/machines like Hardness Testing Machines, Bore Gauges, Height Gauges. Varnior Calipers, Micrometers, Sore Hardness Tester etc. All Instructions are regularly calibrated and calibration record is maintained.
Test Bench is available to conduct Function Test, Leakage Test, and Endurance Test etc. on the assembled cylinders as per specified norms/customers requirement. |
