Tubes used in our cylinders are of cold drawn seamless tubes of good welding properties and ST-52 grade or as per your specifications.

Heavy Duty Piston Rods
Rods are Grounded and hard chrome plated after undergoing ultrasonic and other chemical tests. The material used is CK-45 grade or as per your specifications.

O.D. Tolerance : f7 and f8

Surface Finish : Ra 0.2 µ

Premium Piston and Rod Sealing Systems
Providing Longer seal Life. Filled Teflon Piston seals and pressure actuated nylon backup rings limit seal extrusion, providing positive sealing action to limit cylinder drift to less than 0.002 inch/min

Automated Submerged Arc Welding
This effectively eliminates leaks and improves the weld quality. This process yields stronger weld that penetrates deeper with less porosity.
